Filter with Holder

Our filter holders are designed to fit directly onto the spectrometer lens. Different filters are necessary for different light sources as they will block the wavelength of the specific light source while permitting higher wavelengths to pass. This allows the user to see the spectrum without light source interference.

• The UV cut off filter will block UV light while allowing visible light to pass. This is optimal while using any of our UV light sources. Each order contains one filter holder with one UV cut off filter.
• The Long Pass filters will block any lower wavelengths than the specified wavelength while allowing higher wavelengths to pass. Each order contains one filter holder with one LP filter.
