The quick release filter holder is able to quickly attach and reattach from the cuvette holder rather than the spectrometer lens. Because different filters are necessary for different light sources the quick release filter holder allows the user to quickly switch out filters when switching light sources.
Refer to the White Sheet for more information on filters and their associated light sources. If you wish to attenuate light, the filter holders are an optimal placement for one of our attenuators.
Each order contains two filter holders with no filters.
